Common use of Reduction Amount Clause in Contracts

Reduction Amount. If Sellers elect the option set forth in Section 6.5(b)(ii) with respect to one or more Environmental Defects, then as Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy with respect to such Environmental Defects, Buyer shall be entitled to reduce the Purchase Price by the Allocated Value for such Environmental Defect Property, subject to Section 6.5(a).

Reduction Amount. If Sellers elect Seller elects the option set forth in Section 6.5(b)(ii7.4(b)(ii) with respect to one or more Environmental Defects, then as Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy with respect to such Environmental Defects, Buyer shall be entitled to reduce the Purchase Price Initial Payment by the Allocated Value for such amount allocated on EXHIBIT C attached hereto, to the Environmental Defect Property, subject to Section 6.5(a7.4(a).
