Common use of Reduction in Funding Clause in Contracts

Reduction in Funding. WIA Program Operator retains the right to terminate the agreement due to a reduction in funding by the United States Department of Labor, the State of Washington, or the Spokane Area Workforce Development Council Administration. WIA Program Operator shall provide the Worksite with a termination notice, in writing, at least five (5) working days in advance of the effective date of such termination.
