Common use of Reduction in Rank Clause in Contracts

Reduction in Rank. Reduction in rank shall be in accordance with the Civil Service Rules as of the date of the signing of this Agreement. Except as indicated below: 10.4 (1) Reduction in rank for periods up to but no more than 30 consecutive calendar days will be by platoon seniority. 10.4 (2) Reduction in rank for more than 30 consecutive calendar days shall be in accordance with the Civil Service Rules as of the date of the signing of this Agreement.
