Reduction in Rate of Return Sample Clauses

A Reduction in Rate of Return clause sets out the circumstances under which the expected financial return on an investment or contract may be decreased. Typically, this clause details specific triggers—such as changes in market conditions, regulatory requirements, or underperformance—that can lead to a lower rate of return for one or more parties. By clearly defining when and how the rate of return can be adjusted, this clause helps manage expectations and allocates the risk of fluctuating returns between the parties involved.
