Reduction of Rent. In consideration of payment by Tenant to Dona▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇ retired employee of Ulri▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇ks, Inc., Tenant's successor in interest, of the sum of $140.00 per month commencing August 1, 1980, for a period of ten (10) years, or until the death of the survivor of Dona▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ his wife, whichever event occurs first, Landlord does hereby reduce the monthly rental provided for in this Lease by the sum of $140.00 per month, continuing from August 1, 1980 for ten (10) years, or until the death of the survivor of Dona▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ his wife, whichever event occurs first.
