REDUCTION OF SERVICE. On any day the Commission reduces regular service due to any emergency, Operators shall receive the regular assigned day's wages, provided they report at the specified time for their assignment at the Commission Offices or Downtown Terminal. Operators reporting late at the above locations due to delays on such days will have hours paid calculated on a per minute basis from the time that they report to Supervisory staff.
