Common use of Reduction of Services Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Services. The Recipient may from time to time request a reduction in part of the scope or amount of any Service; provided that any such reduction may only take effect as of the end of a month. If requested to do so by the Recipient, the Parties shall discuss in good faith appropriate adjustments to the relevant Charges in light of all relevant factors.
