Reduction of Term Clause Samples

Reduction of Term. The term of the Lease is hereby modified so that it shall expire on March 31, 2018 (the “Modified Expiration Date”).

Reduction of Term. The Lease Term was scheduled to expire September 30, 2010. The Lease is hereby amended to provide that the Lease Term shall expire August 31, 2007 and that the term "Lease Expiration Date" shall mean August 31, 2007. Reduction of Term. (A) Reducing Term and Earning Back Reduced Term. For each calendar year, commencing 12:00 a.m. on the Effective Date and thereafter January 1 of each following year, that Franchisee does not achieve Section 16.2(A) and Section 16.2(B) response time criteria for at least 90% of the time for (1) three (3) consecutive months or (2) any four (4) months in the calendar year, any remaining portion of the term of this Franchise Agreement will be reduced by one (1) calendar year as of the 1st of January immediately following the calendar year of nonconformance. Franchisee may earn back this reduction of one (1) calendar year by achieving monthly 90% response time compliance for all of the months in the next calendar-year period.

Reduction of Term. In accordance with Section 4.3 (Reduction of Term), City may reduce the term of this Franchise.

And should all three of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇., cease to be Employed by FROG, this Agreement immediately and automatically terminate effective as of the ninetieth day following the date upon which the last of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇., to cease to be Employed by FROG so ceased his Employment by FROG.

Reduction of Term. Subject to Paragraph 6 below, effective as of the date hereof, the term of the Lease specified in Paragraph 2.b. of the Lease is reduced by five (5) years and three (3) months. Accordingly, the Lease shall expire on December 31, 2006. To reflect the reduction of the term of the Lease, effective as of the date hereof, the Lease shall be amended as follows: a. All references to the "Expiration Date" in the Lease shall be deemed to be references to December 31, 2006. b. Paragraph 2.b. is hereby amended by replacing "one hundred twentieth (120th)" with "fifty-seventh (57th)".
