Common use of Reduction or Cancellation of Commitments Clause in Contracts

Reduction or Cancellation of Commitments. Lessee may, at any time prior to the 364-Day Commitment Termination Date in the case of the 364-Day Commitment or the Commitment Termination Date in the case of the Two-Year-Day Commitment, upon five (5) Business Days written notice to Lessor, permanently reduce the 364-Day Commitment or the Two-Year Commitment by the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) or an integral multiple of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) in excess thereof or cancel the 364-Day Commitment or the Two-Year Commitment in its entirety. Any reduction of the 364-Day Commitment or the Two-Year Commitment shall result in a corresponding reduction of the Total Commitment.
