Common use of Redundancy, Data Backup and Disaster Recovery Clause in Contracts

Redundancy, Data Backup and Disaster Recovery. Consultant shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Section, maintain or cause to be maintained disaster avoidance procedures designed to safeguard the SANDAG Data and SANDAG's other Sensitive Information, Consultant's Processing capability and the availability of any portion of the scope of work constituting Hosted Services, in each case throughout the Term and at all times in connection with its actual or required performance of the scope of work hereunder. The force majeure provisions the Agreement shall not limit Consultant's obligations under this Subsection.
