Common use of Redundant Back-Up Clause in Contracts

Redundant Back-Up. The Contractor shall maintain a fully redundant backup data center geographically separated from its main data center that maintains near realtime replication of data from the main data center. The Contractor’s back-up policies shall be made available to the State upon request. The Contractor shall provide the State with not less than thirty (30) days advance written notice of any material amendment or modification of such policies.
