Common use of Reference Bank Clause in Contracts

Reference Bank. The Agent agrees to obtain from Citibank timely information for the purpose of determining the Eurocurrency Rate. Upon the reasonable request of the U.S. Borrower from time to time, the Agent shall promptly provide to the U.S. Borrower such information with respect to the applicable Eurocurrency Rate as may be so requested.
