Reference Data. QCSI agrees to provide the minimal reference data as required to configure and test Software. CLIENT is responsible for the annual procurement, update and maintenance of all reference data required to operate Software. QCSI agrees to provide the data table structure and interface method to facilitate loading, editing and maintenance of reference data required to operate Software.
