REFERENCE INDEXES. Labor Index: “Employment Cost Index for Workers in Aerospace manufacturing” (Aircraft manufacturing, standard industrial classification code SIC 3721, wages and salaries, base month and year June 1989 = 100) quarterly published by the US Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, hereafter referred to as “ECI SIC 3721W”. The index value published quarterly in March, June, September and December shall apply, respectively, for the two preceding months.
