Reference Tariff after 31 December 2017. In the event that the Revisions Commencement Date is later than 31 December 2017, the tariff in effect at 31 December 2017 shall continue to apply to the provision of the Reference Service between 31 December 2017 and that later Revisions Commencement Date.
