Common use of Reference to Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to Agreement. From and after the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, the terms “Agreement”, “this Amendment”, “herein”, “hereinafter”, “hereto”, “hereof” and words of similar import, as used in the Credit Agreement, shall, unless the context otherwise requires, refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby, and the term “Credit Agreement”, as used in the other Loan Documents, shall mean the Credit Agreement as amended hereby and as may be further amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, any references to “the date hereof” in the Credit Agreement shall refer to February 19, 2013.

Reference to Agreement.
