Common use of Reference to and Effect on the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to and Effect on the Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness of Sections 1, 2 and 3 hereof, on and after the date hereof, each reference in the Agreement to "this Agreement", "hereunder", "hereof", "herein", or words of like import, shall mean and be a reference to the Agreement as amended hereby. (b) Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed.

Reference to and Effect on the Agreement.
