Reference to Bonds Ineffective After Bonds Paid. Upon Payment in Full of the Bonds and all fees and charges of the Trustee and the Fiscal Agent, all references herein to the Bonds, the Fiscal Agent and the Trustee shall be ineffective and neither the Issuer, the Fiscal Agent, the Trustee nor the holders of any of the Bonds shall thereafter have any rights hereunder and the Company shall have no further obligation hereunder, saving and excepting those that shall have theretofore vested and any right of any Indemnified Person (as defined in Section 5.2) to indemnification under Section 5.2, which right shall survive the payment of the Bonds and the termination of this Loan Agreement. Reference is hereby made to Section 7.01 of the Indenture which sets forth the conditions upon the existence or occurrence of which Payment in Full of the Bonds shall be deemed to have been made.
