Common use of Reference to other document Clause in Contracts

Reference to other document. Subject to any contrary provision in this Agreement, a reference to any other deed, agreement, instrument or contract (including the Joint Venture Contracts and the Sales Contracts) includes a reference to that other deed, agreement, instrument or contract as amended, supplemented or varied from time to time.
