Common use of Reference to Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to Purchase Agreement. Reference is made to a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated June ___, 1998 between Assignor, as seller, and Assignee, as purchaser, pursuant to which Assignor has agreed to sell to Assignee, and Assignee has agreed to purchase from Assignor, the improved real property and other assets described therein (the "Purchase Agreement"). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
