Common use of Reference to the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to the Agreement. This Security Agreement has been entered into by the Grantor and the Secured Party solely for purposes as contemplated by the Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between any of the terms or provisions hereof and the terms and provisions of the Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Security Agreement shall govern.
