Common use of Reference to the Whole Clause in Contracts

Reference to the Whole. The words “herein”, “hereof” and “hereunder” and other words of similar import refer to this Aircraft Security Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Article, Section, Subsection, Schedule, Exhibit, Annex or other subdivision.
