Common use of References Generally Clause in Contracts

References Generally. References in the Term Loan Agreement (including references to the Term Loan Agreement as amended hereby) to “this Agreement” (and indirect references such as “hereunder”, “hereby”, “herein” and “hereof”) shall be deemed to be references to the Term Loan Agreement as amended hereby. The definitions of terms in the Term Loan Agreement shall apply equally to the singular and the plural forms of the terms defined.
