References to Agent. Except as expressly provided below, notwithstanding that there is a Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent for the facility described in this Agreement, each reference in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to the "Agent" shall mean solely Fleet Bank, National Association, in such capacity.
