References to Common Stock Clause Samples
The 'References to Common Stock' clause defines how the term 'Common Stock' is used and interpreted throughout the agreement. It typically clarifies that all mentions of Common Stock refer to a specific class or series of shares, often those currently outstanding or as may be issued in the future. This clause ensures that there is no ambiguity regarding which shares are being discussed, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes related to share rights, obligations, or entitlements.
