The Company and the Primary Dealer agree that they or others acting on their instructions and behalf will not identify the Escrow Agent’s name in the any printed or other matter in any language (including, without limitation, the Offering document, any supplement or amendment relating thereto, notices, reports and promotional material) unless the Escrow Agent shall first have given its specific written consent thereto.
