REFERENCES TO EXISTING LOAN AGREEMENT. The terms “Loan and Security Agreement,” “this Agreement,” “Loan Agreement,” and similar references as used in the documents, instruments and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection with the Existing Loan Agreement, shall mean the Existing Loan Agreement as amended and restated hereby in its entirety, and each of such documents, instruments and agreements is hereby so amended.
