References to GAAP Sample Clauses

The "References to GAAP" clause defines how references to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) are to be interpreted within the agreement. It typically clarifies that all financial calculations, statements, or terms mentioned in the contract should be prepared and understood according to GAAP standards as they exist at the relevant time. This ensures consistency and clarity in financial reporting and analysis, reducing the risk of disputes over accounting methods or interpretations.
