References to Laws, Regulations, Policies and Guidelines. Each definition of or reference to in this Agreement, or any other agreement entered into in connection with this Agreement, a law, regulation, policy, guideline or similar document, unless otherwise expressly set forth herein, will be construed as a reference to such law, regulation, policy, guideline or similar document as it may, from time to time, be amended, revised, replaced or extended and will include any law, regulation, policy, guideline or similar document issued under or otherwise applicable or related to such law, regulation, policy, guideline or similar document.
