References to Other Documents. Subject to the Financing Agreement, all defined terms used in this Agreement which refer to other documents shall be deemed to refer to such other documents as they may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time, provided such documents were not amended in breach of a covenant contained in any agreement to which Borrower, any Project Company or Security Agent is a party.

References to Other Documents. Whenever any provision of this Agreement refers to a technical reference, technical publication, any publication of telecommunications industry administrative or technical standards, or any other document specifically incorporated into this Agreement, it will be deemed to be a reference to the most recent version or edition (including any amendments, supplements, addenda, or successors) or such documents that is in effect, and will include the most recent version or edition (including any amendments, supplements, addenda, or successors) or each document incorporated by reference in such a technical reference, technical publication, or publication of industry standards. Should there be an inconsistency between or among publications or standards or if there is a bona-fide dispute as to what is the most recent version or edition, the parties shall mutually agree upon which requirement shall apply.

References to Other Documents. All defined terms used in this Pledge Agreement which refer to other documents shall be deemed to refer to such other documents as they may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time, provided such documents were not amended in breach of a covenant contained in any agreement to which Member, any Borrower Subsidiary, Collateral Agent or any of the other Secured Parties is a party.

References to Other Documents. The Documents refer to certain Hedging Agreements, Interest Rate Agreements, and other documents (collectively, the "Other Documents"). We have not reviewed copies of the Other Documents and have no knowledge of their terms. Therefore, we give no opinion with respect to the Other Documents or any of their terms, even if such terms are incorporated in the terms of the Documents and may be governed by Colorado law. Further, we give no opinion as to whether the provisions of the Documents are amended, overruled, impaired, supplemented or affected by the terms of the Other Documents. Additionally, as noted above, we have reviewed only relevant portions of the Credit Agreement for the limited purpose of reviewing definitions applicable to the Deed of Trust and opining on the "governing law" provisions contained therein. Therefore, we give only the opinion expressly set forth herein with respect to the Credit Agreement, and give no opinion with respect to any other terms of the Credit Agreement, even if such terms are incorporated in the terms of the remaining Documents, or as to whether the provisions of the remaining Documents are amended, overruled, impaired, supplemented or affected by any other terms of the Credit Agreement.

References to Other Documents. References to any documents or instruments include all respective addenda, amendments, substitutions, restatements and additions, unless expressly provided otherwise. A reference to a “copy” or “copies” of any document, instrument or contract means a copy or copies that are complete and correct. A reference to a list or similar compilation means that the list or similar compilation referred to is complete and correct.

References to Other Documents. All references to statutes and related regulations in this Agreement, the Other Agreements and the Security Agreements shall include
