Common use of References to Section Numbers Clause in Contracts

References to Section Numbers. All references in this Agreement to a section of this Agreement will be interpreted to refer to the entire section, including subsections. For example, a reference to Section 1, Defined Terms, refers not only to the introductory text on Section 1, but also to all of the subsections of Section 1.
