Common use of References to Statutes Clause in Contracts

References to Statutes. Whenever in this Agreement reference is made to a statute or regulations made pursuant to a statute, such reference shall, unless otherwise specified, be deemed to include all amendments to such statute or regulations from time to time and all statutes or regulations which may come into effect from time to time substantially in replacement for the said statutes or regulations.
