References to the Operator Sample Clauses
The "References to the Operator" clause defines how the term "Operator" is to be interpreted throughout the agreement. It typically clarifies that any mention of the Operator includes its employees, agents, and authorized representatives, unless otherwise specified. This ensures that all obligations, rights, and responsibilities attributed to the Operator are consistently applied to those acting on its behalf, thereby preventing ambiguity and ensuring comprehensive coverage of the Operator's role in the contract.
References to the Operator. All references in this Agreement to an act, omission, right or obligation of an Operator are to be interpreted as an act, omission, right or obligation (as applicable) of that Operator in the course of providing Train Services for the End User in respect of the Access Rights, and not in connection with:
(a) the provision of Train services by the Operator for any other person; or
(b) the provision of Train services for the End User in respect of access rights granted under any other Access Agreement.
