Common use of Refinanced Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Refinanced Indebtedness. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence satisfactory to it that, simultaneously with the making of the initial Loans, the Refinanced Indebtedness shall have been paid in full, all commitments relating thereto shall have been terminated and all Liens securing the Refinanced Indebtedness shall have been terminated in a manner satisfactory to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders.
