Common use of Refinancing of Existing Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Refinancing of Existing Indebtedness. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of evidence of the payment in full of existing Indebtedness (other than (x) Indebtedness permitted hereunder and (y) the Senior Secured Notes), and any releases, terminations or other documents reasonably required by the Administrative Agent to evidence the payoff of such Indebtedness and release or termination of liens related thereto.

Refinancing of Existing Indebtedness. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of evidence of the payment in full of all Indebtedness under the Existing Credit Agreement and any other existing Indebtedness (other than (x) Indebtedness that is not permitted hereunder and (y) to remain outstanding under this Agreement after the Senior Secured Notes)Effective Date, and together with any releases, terminations or terminations, and/or other documents reasonably required by the Administrative Agent to evidence the payoff of such Indebtedness and and/or the release or termination of liens Liens related thereto.
