Common use of Reformulation Commitment Clause in Contracts

Reformulation Commitment. As of the Effective Date all Products manufactured, imported, distributed, sold, and/or offered for sale in the State of California by, or on behalf of, Gekkeikan via SFI or otherwise shall be Products that qualify as Reformulated Products as defined in Section 2.1 above.

Reformulation Commitment. As of the Effective Date Date, all Products manufactured, imported, distributed, sold, and/or offered or distributed for sale in the State of California by, or on behalf of, Gekkeikan via SFI or otherwise by Great Neck shall be Products that qualify as Reformulated Products as defined in Section 2.1 above.above.2

Reformulation Commitment. As of the Effective Date Date, all Products manufactured, imported, distributed, sold, and/or offered for sale distributed or sold in the State of California by, or on behalf of, Gekkeikan via SFI or otherwise by Custom Accessories shall be Products that qualify as Reformulated Products as defined in Section 2.1 above, or shall carry a Proposition 65 warning as further set forth in Section 2.3 below.
