Common use of Reformulation Commitment Clause in Contracts

Reformulation Commitment. As of the Effective Date, ▇▇▇ ▇’▇▇▇▇ shall not manufacture, import, distribute, sell or offer the Products for sale in the State of California unless they are Reformulated Products pursuant to Section 2.1 above or carry the Proposition 65 warnings specified in Section 2.3 below.

Reformulation Commitment. As of the Effective Date, ▇▇▇ ▇’▇▇▇▇ Import shall not manufacture, import, distribute, sell or offer the Products for sale in the State of California unless they are Reformulated Products pursuant to Section 2.1 above or carry the Proposition 65 warnings specified in Section 2.3 below2.1.

As of the Effective Date, ▇▇▇ ▇’▇▇▇▇ shall not manufacture, import, distribute, sell or offer the to sell, Products intended for retail sale in the State of California unless they are are: (a) Reformulated Products pursuant to Section 2.1 above 2.2; or carry the Proposition 65 (b) accompanied by clear and reasonable warnings specified as described below in Section 2.3 below2.3.
