Common use of Reformulation Commitment Clause in Contracts

Reformulation Commitment. Commencing on the Effective Date and continuing thereafter, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ shall not manufacture, import, sell, ship, or distribute for sale in or into California, directly or through one or more third party retailers or e-commerce marketplaces any Products unless such Products meet the Reformulation Standard for Reformulated Products, as defined by Section 2.3.

Commencing on the Effective Date and continuing thereafter, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ shall not manufactureall Products Mechanix manufactures, importimports, sellsells, shipships, or distribute distributes for sale in or into California, directly or through one or more third party retailers or e-commerce marketplaces any Products unless such Products marketplaces, shall meet the Reformulation Standard for Reformulated Products, as defined by Section 2.32.1.1. This Reformulation Commitment does not apply to any Product sold or distributed prior to the Effective Date.
