Refund Policies Sample Clauses
A Refund Policies clause defines the terms and conditions under which customers may receive a return of payment for goods or services. It typically outlines the circumstances that qualify for a refund, such as product defects, cancellations within a certain timeframe, or dissatisfaction with services, and may specify the process for requesting a refund and any applicable limitations or exclusions.
