Refund Procedure. Clause 13.1. of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced by the following provision of the Wappoint Agreement: 13.1. In the event of a chargeback, the MERCHANT must refund WAPPOINT the full amount plus a 10% and VAT Admin Fee within 48 (forty eight) hours regardless of whether the cardholder has returned the goods or not.”
