Refundable Deposit. We may require you to pay a refundable deposit when you activate the Service(s). We may also require you to pay a refundable deposit after activation of the Service(s) if you add Foothills Communications Equipment and/or Service(s) or if you fail to pay any amounts when they are due hereunder. If we disconnect your Service(s) or are otherwise required under applicable law to refund the deposit, we shall within ninety (90) days or as otherwise specified by applicable law, return a sum equal to the deposit(s) you paid minus any amounts due on your account (including without limitation, any amounts owed for Services or for any Foothills Communications Equipment that is damaged, altered, or not returned).
