Refunds to Clients. If RLSSQ considers (for any reason) that a refund is to be paid to a client, the Trainer will reimburse RLSSQ the sum refunded (and all costs associated with the refund) within seven (7) days of the refund, even if the Trainer disputes that the refund is payable. 23. JOINT & SEVERAL LIABILITY The Service Company (if any) and Trainer are jointly and severally liable for all obligations in respect to this Agreement to the maximum extent permitted at law. The Trainer will be responsible for all debts and obligations of the Service Company. In the event a Service Company fails to pay an amount when due and payable, the Trainer will immediately become liable for such sum.
