Common use of Refuse Procedures Clause in Contracts

Refuse Procedures. In the event that communal refuse collection facilities apply, in addition to the requirements in (z) above, ensure that all refuse is taken out to the designated container area only, and correctly separated into the correct communal containers, in the manner specified by the local council, and ensure also that any spillage or overflow is remedied immediately so as not to become unsightly nor interfere with the passage or rights of others. Under no circumstances may refuse be deposited anywhere other than in strict compliance with council requirements as specified from time to time as councils usually have powers to fine offenders, for which the appropriate Tenant will be held responsible
