Common use of Refuse Removal Clause in Contracts

Refuse Removal. Landlord shall provide refuse removal services at the Building for ordinary office refuse and rubbish. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, Landlord’s reasonable charge for such removal to the extent that the refuse generated by Tenant exceeds the refuse customarily generated by general office tenants. Tenant shall not dispose of any refuse in the Common Areas, and if Tenant does so, Tenant shall be liable for Landlord’s reasonable charge for such removal. Tenant shall, at Tenant’s expense, comply with all present and future Requirements regarding the collection, sorting, separation, and recycling of trash. Each separately sorted category of trash shall be placed in separate receptacles as directed by Landlord.
