Common use of Reg S Temporary Global Security Legend Clause in Contracts

Reg S Temporary Global Security Legend. To the extent required by the Applicable Procedures, each Reg S Temporary Global Security shall bear a legend in substantially the following form: "THE RIGHTS ATTACHING TO THIS REGULATION S TEMPORARY GLOBAL SECURITY, AND THE CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES GOVERNING ITS EXCHANGE FOR DEFINITIVE SECURITIES, ARE AS SPECIFIED IN THE INDENTURE (AS DEFINED HEREIN). NEITHER THE HOLDER NOR THE BENEFICIAL OWNERS OF THIS REGULATION S TEMPORARY GLOBAL SECURITY SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE CASH PAYMENTS OF INTEREST DURING THE PERIOD WHICH SUCH HOLDER HOLDS THIS SECURITY. NOTHING IN THIS LEGEND SHALL BE DEEMED TO PREVENT INTEREST FROM ACCRUING ON THIS SECURITY." (i) Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global ---------------------------------------- Security. At such time as all beneficial interests in a Global -------- Security have either been exchanged for Definitive Securities, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, such Global Security shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee.
