Regarding Closing Conditions. Each of the Trust and the Co-Owner Eligible Lender Trustee shall take all commercially reasonable actions necessary to cause the conditions applicable to itself and the Trust set forth in Section 7.01 to be satisfied and to consummate the transactions contemplated herein as soon as reasonably possible after the satisfaction thereof.
