Regional Assignment. Available regularly scheduled regional patient care assignments shall be noticed to bargaining unit nurses by in-house voice mail. The Agency shall offer these assignments to the senior nurse that expresses an interest in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the notice. When no nurse has expressed an interest in the assignment, it shall be assigned to the least senior qualified nurse for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months.
