Common use of Registered Representatives Clause in Contracts

Registered Representatives. 28.1. Unless otherwise notified to the Client in writing by CGS-CIMB, the Client acknowledges and agrees that, in respect of the Transactional Services, the Registered Representative shall be deemed to be the Client’s agent whether or not such Registered Representative is deemed to be engaged or employed by the Client in law. 28.2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that there could be cases where a Registered Representative may be required to undertake the provision of services to the Client outside the premises of CGS-CIMB.
