Common use of Registrant’s Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Registrant’s Representations and Warranties. (a) Registrant warrants to EcoDistricts the truth and accuracy, to the best of its knowledge, of all Submissions, and shall promptly notify EcoDistricts of any changes to any of the information contained in previously-submitted Submissions. (b) Registrant represents and warrants that Registrant has the permission to use any and all product and trade names used in the Registration or any Submission.
