Registration and numbering. All faults affecting the provision of the WDIA Service will be registered by the NOC and given a unique identification number to assist the parties in monitoring and tracking fault response and rectification. The tracking numbers used by each Party shall be available to the other Party to minimise confusion in the fault response and fault recognition.
